Chinedu Paul Ezema is the Managing Partner at Halo Partners and an accomplished lawyer with extensive expertise across dispute resolution, maritime law, energy and natural resources, real estate, matrimonial law, estate planning, and succession.
He also contributes to the firm’s labour and employment law and general commercial law practice.
A graduate of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Chinedu completed his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in 2006 and was immediately admitted to the Barrister-at-Law (BL) program, completing it in 2007 before being called to the Nigerian Bar.
His legal career spans over a decade, during which he has built a strong reputation for handling complex commercial, civil, and criminal matters with a focus on practical, client-centered solutions.
Chinedu is a seasoned real estate advocate with deep experience managing property portfolios, guiding clients through property transactions, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
His meticulous approach to real estate management, combined with his knowledge of emerging trends and technologies, ensures clients achieve seamless outcomes.
As head of the firm’s Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Department, Chinedu leads complex litigation and arbitration cases, while also overseeing specialized practice areas in maritime law, energy and natural resources law, matrimonial law, and estate planning and succession.
